Established in 2021 and expanded in 2023 with an additional 17,500m² of land, our facility is engineered to handle the full scope of Egypt's agricultural output at international quality standards.
The factory follows a zero-compromise approach to food safety. Every stage of production, from intake and washing through IQF freezing, packing, and cold storage, is controlled, monitored, and documented to ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, and GlobalG.A.P. standards.

Nilex Frozens factory runs entirely 100% on solar energy generated from our 1.25 megawatt rooftop installation. Every product we freeze, pack, and ship carries a zero-carbon energy footprint, something we're committed to as a permanent feature of our operations, not a future target.
